Post-Construction Cleaning in Goa

From building site to livable

Builders build; they do not clean. What gets handed over is cement splatter on tiles, paint drips on frames, sticker film on every fitting, an even coat of fine dust across surfaces you did not know existed — and bathrooms and sinks the crew has been using since they were installed, brand new and never once cleaned.

This is heavy work needing the right tools — scrapers, HEPA vacuums and the correct chemical for each surface, because the wrong one will permanently mark new marble or scratch new glass. It is the single most common reason architects and contractors in Goa call us.

Every post-construction cleaning job covers this as standard

Every home is different. If there is something particular you would like looked at, just mention it when you book and we will work it into the plan.

  • Cement, paint and adhesive spot removal
  • Fine dust removal from every surface, including high level
  • Sticker and protective film removal from glass and fittings
  • Floor deep scrub — tile, marble, kota, granite
  • Bathrooms and sinks disinfected and brought back to new
  • Kitchen first-clean, inside and out
  • Debris bagged and stacked ready for collection

Post-Construction Cleaning questions

When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?

After all trades have finished and left. Cleaning before the last of the work is done means paying twice.

Can you clean after the furniture is already in?

Yes, and often we do. It simply takes longer — everything has to be worked around, moved and put back afterwards — so where the timing can be arranged, cleaning an empty property is quicker and therefore costs less. If the furniture is already in, that is not a problem, and we would rather do the job well around it than have you wait.

Can you remove cement and paint without damaging new surfaces?

Yes — that is precisely the skill in this job. Different surfaces need different approaches, and new marble, granite and glass each mark permanently if treated wrongly. We match the method to the material.
