It depends on the size of the property, the state it is in and which service it needs — which is why we do not publish a price list that would be wrong for most jobs. Three services are the exception, because they are measured, not surveyed. Sofas and chairs are ₹300 to ₹500 per seat, depending on how much of the piece is upholstered. Mattress cleaning is ₹1,200 per side for a double and ₹600 per side for a single; mattress sanitisation is ₹1,800 for a double and ₹900 for a single. Carpets and rugs are ₹50 per square foot, with collection and delivery on top. GST is extra on all three. For everything else, send a video walkthrough on WhatsApp for a cost and time estimate, or ask us to survey the property in person for a closer one. Neither costs anything.

No, neither. A video walkthrough sent over WhatsApp gets you an estimate at no cost. If you would like something more accurate, we will come and survey the property, and that visit is free as well.

All of Goa, north and south. Travel to more remote locations may affect the quote, and we will tell you that upfront, so it does not appear on the bill later.

No, and deliberately so. We are one-time specialists. If you need regular housekeeping, we are genuinely not the right fit and will say so.

Every machine, chemical and cloth is included in the quote. We do need access to water and power at the property. We do not use your household products.

Every cleaner is trained by us and on our payroll. Nothing is subcontracted, so the standard is consistent and you are not letting an unknown agency worker into your home.

A few days is usually enough for most jobs. Larger properties and full deep cleans are worth booking a week or two ahead, simply because they take a bigger team for longer.

Tell us and we come back. Look over everything while the team is there if you like, and you have a reasonable window after that as well. If something is not right, one message is enough and we return to put it right at no extra charge.

Sometimes, as a record of the work. Anything we keep is framed on the surface being cleaned, never on the property or anything that would identify who lives there, and nothing is published without permission. If you would rather we did not photograph at all, just say so.

A 2BHK typically takes one full day with a team of four to six. Larger properties, or homes that have not had a deep clean in some time, can run to two days or more. We confirm the timing when we quote, so you are not left guessing.

No. Someone should be there at the start to let us in and point out anything specific, but plenty of clients hand over keys and come back to a finished house. If anything needs another go afterwards, one message is enough.

It is one of the most common reasons people book us. A deep clean reaches what routine cleaning does not — inside wardrobes and cupboards, behind and under furniture, mattresses, upholstery and fans — and it is far easier done before the nursery is set up and the house fills with everything a newborn needs.

Most parents book two to four weeks before the due date. That leaves the house aired out and put back in order well before the baby comes.

Yes, and we would rather plan for it than be told on the day. Tell us when you book and we will schedule the visit for a day the family is out, keep the space thoroughly ventilated as we work, and agree in advance which products are used in the nursery and sleeping areas.

Yes, and it is common enough that we plan for it as a matter of course. Let us know when you book and we work room by room, so your animals can settle somewhere we have already finished. If pet hair is the concern, it works its way deep into upholstery, mattresses and rugs — extraction cleaning is what actually lifts it out, where vacuuming only takes the surface.

Tell us when we quote, so we can plan the day around it. A team of four to six with floor machines is a great deal of noise and movement for a nervous animal, so most owners settle them in one room we work around, or arrange for them to be out while we are there. If a pet is protective of the home or wary of strangers, we genuinely need to know in advance — it is far better to plan the day around it than to work it out on the doorstep.

Airflow and moisture, in that order. Keep interior doors and wardrobes open where you can, make sure bathroom and kitchen extractors actually work, fix a leak as soon as you notice it, and avoid closing a property up completely for months. Mould needs still air and lingering damp together — take either one away and it struggles to establish.

No. Four months of saturated air is a real test of a building, but houses that stay ventilated through it usually come through fine. The properties that suffer are almost always the ones locked up and left, where the damp has nowhere to go.

It depends entirely on the surface. BKC-50 — a benzalkonium chloride solution, diluted for whatever it is going on — does most of the work, with bleach-based products where they suit. Steam is used where heat is the better answer than a chemical, and UV-C where a surface is better treated without wetting it at all. Bleach has no business on leather, most fabrics or some stone, so the method is matched to the surface, and it changes from one part of a job to the next.

If the moisture source is still there, yes — any company promising otherwise is not being straight with you. We treat and clear the growth thoroughly and tell you where the damp is originating so it can be dealt with. Once the cause is sorted, properties generally stay clear.

Immediately. Mould in a house you are living in is a health matter before it is a cleaning one, and it does not wait for a convenient month — spores carry through the air, and anyone in the house with asthma or an allergy tends to feel it first. Treat it as soon as you find it and get at the moisture behind it at the same time. Waiting for the rains to ease means living with it until then.

Usually, yes. Surface growth on leather, bags, wardrobe interiors and hard furniture generally cleans up well. Anything that has sat in damp long enough for the mould to get into the material itself may be marked permanently.

After all trades have finished and left. Cleaning before the last of the work is done means paying twice.

Yes, and often we do. It simply takes longer — everything has to be worked around, moved and put back afterwards — so where the timing can be arranged, cleaning an empty property is quicker and therefore costs less. If the furniture is already in, that is not a problem, and we would rather do the job well around it than have you wait.

Yes — that is precisely the skill in this job. Different surfaces need different approaches, and new marble, granite and glass each mark permanently if treated wrongly. We match the method to the material.

Check what the house runs on. Mains supply and well water never give this trouble — it is borewell and tanker water that do. The mineral load in them leaves a deposit that behaves nothing like ordinary limescale: standard descalers make little impression on it, and acid does not do much either. On flat ceramic, glass and metal we can still get it off. On toughened glass and textured surfaces it becomes very difficult, which is why we would rather help you stop it forming than promise to remove it later.

Usually, yes — light and moderate scaling comes off completely. Toughened glass is the hard case: where hard water has been left on it for years the deposit has bonded into the surface itself, and no amount of descaling shifts that.

If the budget allows it, a good water softener is the real answer — treat the water and there is nothing left behind to scrub off later. Short of that, keep surfaces dry: a squeegee over the shower screen after each use, a cloth over the taps, and enough ventilation that the room is not permanently damp. It sounds almost too simple, but on borewell or tanker water it is the most effective thing you can do, and far more so than any service we could sell you.

Choose the fittings and finishes with the water in mind, while the bathroom is still being designed. Flat ceramic, chrome and steel all descale well and keep coming back. Textured surfaces and toughened glass are the ones that are very hard to recover once the deposit has keyed into them, so an anti-slip floor tile or a toughened shower screen is worth thinking twice about if you know what will be running through the pipes.

Deep cleaning lifts most discolouration. Grout that has broken down or been stained through needs regrouting, which is a different trade — we will say so rather than sell you a clean that cannot deliver.

Usually, yes — because the smell is not really in the air. It sits in the film of old oil on cabinets, tiles and the ceiling above the hob, releasing slowly, which is why airing the room out never quite fixes it. Take the film off and the odour goes with it. Anything left after that we neutralise, so the kitchen ends up smelling of very little at all — no perfume laid over the top.

We degrease the chimney body and the filter housing, which is where the build-up actually sits. Internal motor servicing is an appliance job, and we will point you to the right trade for it.

Yes — inside and out, included in the clean. We take the contents out, clean the interiors, and put everything back in order. Drawers come off their tracks wherever they will, because the runners and the space behind them are where grease quietly collects and where a normal wipe-down never reaches.

Between ₹300 and ₹500 per seat. Where it falls in that range depends on whether the piece is partly or fully upholstered — a fully upholstered sofa has a great deal more surface to work through than a wooden-framed one with loose cushions. Removable cushions are charged proportionally to the extra area they add, and GST is extra. It is one of the few services we can price over the phone, because a seat is a seat wherever it is in Goa.

Yes, the same job under two names. Shampooing is what almost everyone calls it and we are happy to use the word. Wet extraction is simply the accurate description of what actually happens: solution into the fabric, agitated with a bristled brush, then drawn back out with a wet vacuum along with everything it has loosened — repeated until the water runs clear.

No. Wet extraction needs a fabric that is both washable and colourfast, and not all upholstery is either — some dyes will run the moment water touches them, and some pieces are solvent-clean only. That is exactly what the trial on a hidden section is for: we find out there, not in the middle of a seat cushion.

We clean the whole piece only, and that is not us finding a way to charge you more. Wet cleaning one section leaves a visible ring where the damp area meets the dry one, because the two dry at different rates and the boundary between them sets as a watermark. More often than not that mark ends up more noticeable than the stain we were asked to deal with. Cleaning the entire piece keeps it drying at one pace and the finish even across all of it.

Approximately half a day, more or less depending on fans and airflow. The material makes a difference too, so it can be quicker or slower than that.

We never encourage it, even in summer. Sun dries one part of a piece far faster than another, and uneven drying is precisely what leaves watermarks where the two meet. There is a second problem as well: rapid evaporation at the surface draws moisture up through the fabric by capillary action, and whatever is dissolved in that moisture travels up with it and stains as it reaches the top. Indoors under a fan or the air conditioning is what you want — slow and even. Carpets and rugs are the exception, and it is worth explaining why, because we sun dry those deliberately: a rug is flat, saturated evenly all the way through, and laid out whole, so every part of it dries at the same rate. A sofa has arms, a back, cushions and a frame, and there is no way to expose all of it evenly. It is the shape of the thing, not the sunlight, that decides it.

Wet extraction is very effective on stains, odour and general soiling, but we do not guarantee a particular result and would be cautious of anyone who does. What lifts depends on what caused the mark, how long it has been sitting there, the fabric itself, whether the contaminant is water-soluble at all, and a number of other things that simply cannot be predicted before we start. Old dye transfer, bleach marks and some oils have permanently changed the fibre itself. We tell you what we expect before we begin. But if something is not going, it will not be for lack of trying.

Cleaning is wet extraction — water, solution and a wet vacuum, aimed at stains, sweat and soiling that has worked into the mattress. Sanitisation is a dry process aimed at what is living in it and what you are breathing: HEPA vacuuming to pull out the dust load, UV-C irradiation to render germs no longer pathogenic, and steam to kill dust mites by heat. They are booked separately. Cleaning needs drying time; sanitisation does not.

Almost always just one. If the mattress is marked, has had spills, or does not smell fresh, it wants cleaning. If it looks and smells perfectly fine and the concern is allergies, dust or asthma and not how it looks, sanitisation on its own is the right service. Booking both is overkill in most cases. Send a photo and we will tell you which one you need.

None. It is HEPA vacuuming, UV-C light and steam — extraction, light and heat. Nothing is sprayed on and nothing soaks in, which is why it suits children, asthma and anyone who would rather not have a chemical near where they sleep.

Not in one visit. A mattress has to dry lying flat, which means the freshly cleaned side has to be the one facing up — so wet extraction is one side per visit, and the other side is a separate visit. Sanitisation has no such limit: it is dry, so both sides are done in the same appointment.

After sanitisation, yes — immediately, since nothing gets wet. After cleaning it needs a few hours drying directly under a fan or the air conditioning. If that mattress is where you are sleeping that night, tell us when you book and we will give you a morning slot, which leaves it the rest of the day.

Steam does, on contact — dust mites do not survive that heat. UV-C works on the microbial side, breaking down what it reaches so it is no longer pathogenic. Neither is magic: both work on what they physically touch, which is why the HEPA vacuuming comes first and matters most. The bulk of what triggers allergies is dust mite droppings and the body fragments they shed — the fine bristles and pieces of moulted shell — and all of that is already sitting in the mattress. It has to be pulled out, not killed.

Once a year is a sensible default for most homes. Allergy sufferers and rental turnovers are worth doing more often. There is no rule to it — if it is a while since the last one, it is due.

It can, if the wrong pad or an acidic chemical is used — marble in particular etches permanently. Matching the method to the stone is the entire craft of the job, and it is why we ask what your floors are before quoting.

It depends on why the floor is dull. If it is dull because there is a film of old dirt and detergent residue sitting on it, then yes — scrubbing takes that off and the floor's own finish shows through again, which surprises people. If the finish itself has worn away underneath, cleaning cannot put it back. That is polishing, not cleaning, and on red oxide, kota, marble, stone and traditional floors it is a wax finish. Send a photo and we will tell you which of the two you are looking at.

Usually much lighter, and often far more than people expect. Fully white is not something we would promise. Grout is porous, so years of dirt work down into it, and some of that has effectively become part of the material. Where grout has cracked or gone away altogether, that is regrouting — a different trade, and not one we do.

On their own, and plenty of jobs are exactly that — a floor that has gone dull across a whole house or an office, with nothing else needed. It is also included when you book a full deep clean, so there is no need to book both.

No. We move the furniture ourselves and put it back, and that is part of the job. There is no need to empty a room before we arrive, and nothing to arrange in advance — if a particular piece is fragile or you would rather it was not moved, say so on the day and we will work around it.

Straight away. The dirty solution is lifted off at the end, so the floor is walkable as soon as we finish it and furniture goes back the same day. Wax polishing is the one exception, and a long one — a waxed floor has to be left alone for 24 to 48 hours to cure.

Red oxide, kota, marble, natural stone and the traditional tiled floors common in older Goan homes. It is not suitable for vitrified or ceramic tiles, and we will tell you if your floor is better served by a straight machine scrub.

Usually a single day. The floor is cleaned and prepared first, and where it is dry enough after that, the wax goes on and is buffed the same day. Some floors need a day or so to dry out fully before the wax can be applied at all, and those jobs run across two days instead. The part worth planning around comes afterwards: once the wax has been buffed, the floor has to be left alone for 24 to 48 hours to cure and dry properly. Nothing walking on it, no furniture put back. A wax that has not fully cured will mark under the first thing that crosses it, and there is no way to hurry it along. In a house that is being lived in, it is worth thinking about which rooms are done when, or timing the job for a spell when the house is empty.

Where they can be reached safely from inside, from a balcony, or with standard ladder access, yes. Anything needing rope access or scaffolding is a specialist trade and we will say so.

Clogged netting cleans. Dust packs into the mesh over years and comes out, and the light and airflow come back with it. What cleaning cannot fix is mesh that has torn, perished or come away from the frame — that is a replacement, and a different trade to ours.

We can clean them, and a rusted grill usually comes up better than people expect once the dust and grime are off it. But cleaning does not undo rust. Where the metal has actually corroded, what it needs is treating and repainting, and that is a job for a painter.

On their own, and it is a common enough job by itself — particularly in a house where the grills and netting have not been touched in years. Windows, grills and netting are also covered when you book a full deep clean, so there is no need to book both.

₹50 per square foot, with collection and delivery charged on top depending on where you are, and GST extra. Measure the rug and you have your figure — a 6 by 9 foot rug is 54 square feet, so ₹2,700 before delivery and tax. It is one of the few services we can price without seeing the property first.

No, and this is the only service where that is the case. Carpets are collected and taken to our facility. Doing it properly means saturating the piece, scrubbing it through and rinsing it out — that is a lot of water and a lot of mess for a living room — and then drying it flat in full sun for a day. Very few homes have the space for either half of it.

Usually a couple of days. It can stretch to a week, and the reason is almost always the sun — the drying needs a full day of direct sunshine, not a few hours of it, so a run of overcast weather holds things up. We would rather return a rug properly dried than on schedule.

No. Three things have to be true: the material has to be washable, it has to be colourfast, and the weave and backing have to be strong enough to take mechanical scrubbing without coming apart. Plenty of ordinary rugs pass on all three. Older pieces, fine hand-knotted rugs and anything with a fragile backing often do not, and forcing the process on those is how a rug gets ruined. Unlike upholstery, we do not patch test carpets, so that judgement rests with you — if you are unsure about a piece, check the label or ask whoever you bought it from before sending it to us.

Just before the rains properly set in. Algae does not take hold on a clean surface — what it latches onto is the settled dust and dirt already sitting there. Wash that off before the monsoon arrives in full and there is very little left for it to build on. Depending on the area, a follow-up towards the end of the monsoon is worth doing as well.

In the wrong hands, yes, and that is where most of the judgement in this job sits. The pressure has to be matched to what is being washed — a concrete driveway will take a great deal of it, a painted compound wall considerably less, and old lime plaster or soft pointing very little at all. Paint that has already begun to flake will come away, though that is the washing finding a problem, not creating one.

No. Algae is a living thing and Goa gives it everything it wants, so it will come back. What changes is how quickly. A surface taken back to clean before the rains has far less to regrow on than one that went into the monsoon carrying a season of dust — which is why the timing matters more on this job than on most.

Yes, and pressure washing gets through a fair amount of water. An outdoor tap and a power point are all that is needed from you — the machines come with us.

Basic covers everything you see and touch day to day. Deep cleaning adds what you do not — behind and under furniture, inside cupboards, ceilings and fans, descaling, degreasing and machine floor scrubbing. If a property has not been professionally cleaned in over a year, deep cleaning is usually the honest recommendation.
