Who we are

Filth Fighters is a cleaning business at B/101, Tangerine Dreams, Arpora Divan Bhatti, Arpora, Goa 403516, India. When this page says “we”, it means us. We are responsible for the personal data described below.

What we collect

When you enquire through the form on this site, we keep what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, where in Goa you are, the service you asked about and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and your IP address, which we use only to spot spam.

When you book us, we keep your name, phone number, email address, the addresses of the properties we clean, the dates and details of each job, and notes about your property and preferences so the next visit goes well.

Photographs and videos. Our team photographs and films the work at your property, before and after, as a record of what was done. They are kept with the job.

Messages. When you message us on WhatsApp, text us or email us, we keep the conversation with your records, along with the messages we send you: booking confirmations, reminders, “on our way”, and “job done”.

Invoices and payments. Quotes, invoices and payment records, including the details the law requires on a GST invoice.

Feedback and audit reports. Anything you upload through a feedback link we send you, and, for audit clients, the findings and photographs in your report and what your team marks as done.

What this website does not do

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. It counts page visits for itself, and that count carries no IP address, no device details and nothing that identifies you. The only thing it remembers is kept in your own browser, for the length of your visit, so that one visit is not counted twice.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote, schedule and carry out the work, tell you when we are on our way, invoice you, handle complaints, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell your data, rent it or trade it, and we do not use it to advertise anything but our own services to you.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of services to run the business. Each handles your data only to do its job for us:

• Our web and email hosting provider, where this site and our records are stored.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), for messages between you and us.
• MSG91, for booking and reminder text messages.
• Google, for our calendar, contacts and maps.
• Zoho Books, for quotes and invoices.

Some of these companies store data outside India. We also share data where the law requires it, for example with tax authorities.

Photographs of our work. We publish before and after photographs of our work on this site and on social media. They are close-ups of what we cleaned, such as a sofa, a floor or a grout line, and never show who you are or where you live. If you recognise your property in one of our photographs and would rather it were not published, tell us and we will take it down straight away.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, client records, job photographs and messages as a long-term record of our business, so that if you contact us again, even years later, we know your property and what we did there. Invoices and payment records are kept for at least as long as Indian tax law requires. If you would like your records deleted, ask us at any time. See below.

Keeping it safe

Our records are kept in a private system that only we can sign in to, protected by two-step sign-in. Links we send you, to a feedback page or an audit report, are unique to you, and we can switch them off.
