What you get
A checklist, not a glossy report: every issue found, room by room, written so your existing team can pick it up and work through it. With it come suggestions worth acting on, and a straight note of what you are already doing right and should keep up.

Training, if you want it
As an optional add-on, I train your housekeeping staff at the property on the actual problems the audit found, not a classroom slideshow. The same standard our own crews are trained and held to.

Who it is for
Commercial properties only: guesthouses, aparthotels, BnBs and villa management operations. It is not offered for private homes. If what you need is the cleaning itself, that is the other side of the business.
Never a surprise inspection
A first audit is always announced. Staff and management know I am coming, with enough time to prepare and have the property at its best. Then we audit. That is deliberate: the cracks that show on your best day are the ones worth fixing.
It also changes how the findings land. A team that gets caught out turns defensive, and a defensive team learns nothing. A team that was given a fair chance to prepare can take the checklist as feedback rather than an accusation. That is the state people actually learn in, and it is what makes the training worth doing.
