Ten years of
doing it properly

We started in Goa on 8 January 2016 and have cleaned here ever since — first as Filth Fighters Private Limited, and since 2019 simply as Filth Fighters. Same people, same standard, less paperwork.

One-time specialists, deliberately

Plenty of good cleaning companies work on monthly contracts, and for a lot of homes that is exactly the right arrangement. It simply is not what we do. Filth Fighters exists for the work that sits outside the rota — the villa opened for the season, the house made ready for guests, the home reset after renovation, the annual deep clean that reaches what regular cleaning is not really meant to.

Because we only take one-time work, we can staff it properly. Every cleaner is trained by us and on our payroll, and nothing is subcontracted. That in-house standard is also what our cleanliness and maintenance audits for commercial properties are built on.

We would rather get the scope right than sell you more than you need. If a basic clean is all a property needs, we will say so.

And if something is not right, we come back. You have a reasonable window to look the work over — one message is enough.

Small things, done consistently

None of this is dramatic. It is simply what ten years of doing the same work teaches you to do every time.

  • We test before we commit

On delicate upholstery we run a trial extraction on a hidden section first. Velvet, linen and older fabrics do not all behave the same way.

  • You are kept in the loop

SMS updates as the job is confirmed and the team is on its way, and we ask how it went afterwards. Your satisfaction is the actual job — cleaning is simply how we get there.

  • We say when something will not come out

Some stains have soaked into the tile or the fibre. If something is not going, it will not be for lack of trying — and we will say so plainly, not leave it quietly for you to find.

  • Every job carries a guarantee

If any part of the work is not up to standard, tell us. We will come back to make it right.

  • If we break something, you hear it from us

It is rare, and it happens. A fitting broken during a clean gets reported the same day.

  • We plan the equipment before we arrive

Machines, pads and chemicals are listed per job before the team leaves. When something fails mid-job, a replacement comes out and the work carries on.

10 young men.
All of them ours

Every person who enters your home is trained by us and on our payroll. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why the standard holds from the first room to the last.

Three steps, and a fourth

The first three are how any job worth paying for runs. The fourth is the one we would not trade.

  1. First

    Send us a walkthrough

Record a slow walk through the rooms on your phone and send it over WhatsApp, talking us through anything you would like looked at as you go.

  2. Then

    A straight price

The video gets you a cost and time estimate. A survey in person gets you a closer one — either way, priced on the work in front of us, never a teaser rate that changes on the day.

  3. On the day

    Our own team arrives

Trained Filth Fighters staff, never subcontracted, with every machine, chemical and cloth the job needs.

  4. Afterwards

If something is not right, we come back

Look the work over once the team has gone. If anything needs another go within a reasonable time, one message is enough.

Get a straight price

Walk through the rooms on video and send it over on WhatsApp. We will come back with a cost and time estimate, and survey the property in person whenever you would like something more accurate.
