The video gets you a cost and time estimate. A survey in person gets you a closer one — either way, priced on the work in front of us, never a teaser rate that changes on the day.

Where regular cleaning stops
We are one-time specialists, not a subscription. Most cleaning companies want you on a monthly rota. We are built for the work that sits outside it — the villa opened for the season, the house made ready for guests, the home reset after renovation, the annual clean that reaches what weekly cleaning never does.
Routine cleaning keeps a house going. This is the other job. A weekly clean holds a surface where it is. It was never built to reach behind the wardrobe, inside the cabinets, into a mattress, or under years of polish on a floor. That takes different machines, a bigger team and most of a day. It is the only work we take.
10 years in Goa means fewer surprises. We know which floors take a machine and which have to be done by hand, which fabrics need testing before anything wet touches them, and which marks are not going to move however long we spend on them. Knowing that before we start is most of the job.
We will tell you when you do not need us. Sometimes the job someone books is bigger than the job they need. If a sofa clean gets you what you were hoping a full deep clean would, we say so at the quote. And if a mark is not going to come out, we will let you know.
